18 U.S.C. §2257 statement.

Every person depicted in sexually explicit content published on Pornographer was at least 18 years old at the time the content was produced. Pornographer keeps records establishing the age and identity of each such person as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Requests to inspect records and questions about §2257 compliance should be sent to support@pornographer.com. The custodian will respond with the address at which the records are kept and the hours during which they are available for inspection.

Pornographer also hosts content produced by third parties. For that content, the original producer is the primary custodian of records. Every uploader is required to attest that all performers were at least 18 years old at the time of production and that the corresponding records exist and are available on request.
