Using Pornographer.

You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live, to visit Pornographer, create an account, or upload content. Where the site shows an age gate, entering confirms that you meet its requirement. Do not use the service from anywhere adult content is unlawful.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login, so keep your password private and write to support@pornographer.com if you think it has been compromised. Do not impersonate other people, studios, or brands.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Pornographer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, cache, distribute, and display it as needed to run the service and to feature it within the service. That license ends when the content is removed, except for copies held in ordinary backups.

By uploading you confirm that you own the rights or have permission from everyone who does; that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of production and consented both to being recorded and to publication; and that you hold the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 where it applies.

The following is removed on sight and reported where the law requires:

• Any sexual depiction of a minor, or content that presents a performer as a minor.
• Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera recordings and material published without the consent of the people in it.
• Content that depicts or promotes violence, coercion, trafficking, or bestiality.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademark, or that you otherwise have no right to publish.
• Doxxing, harassment, threats, and hate directed at people or groups.

Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with its infrastructure. Do not post spam, malware, or misleading links. Do not evade a suspension by creating another account.

We respond to valid copyright notices under the DMCA and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. The DMCA page explains what a notice must include and how counter-notices work.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, with or without notice, and may preserve and disclose records where legal process requires it. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

Pornographer is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of content is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pornographer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use Pornographer after an update means you accept the new terms.
