Using Pornographer

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or upload content. If the service displays an age gate, you confirm you meet its stated requirement when you proceed.

You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the content you publish. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant Pornographer a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, encode, transmit, cache, and display your content as needed to operate the service. You also confirm you have the rights necessary to grant that license.

Do not upload content that infringes copyright, depicts illegal acts, harasses or threatens others, or violates our community guidelines.

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not impersonate other people. Do not use the service to send spam or malware.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
